The Keitt Mango, from Mexico, is available June through August. It, like the Kent is a large, oval-shaped mango, but can weigh 24-40 ounces. The fiber-free, lemon yellow firm and juicy flesh has a rich and fruity flavor that is mildly sweet.

The firm, aromatic, moderately fibrous orange flesh possesses a rich and sweet flavor with pineapple and peach undertones.

Kesar
Kesar mangoes are a variety native to India, and have just recently been approved for import into the US. Growers in India have been breeding and perfecting the mango for more than 4000 years. Like fine wine, Kesars have a very complex and rewarding taste. They are both sweet and tart, with multiple floral undertones and a rich blend of spice. The creamy coral colored flesh has almost no fibers, but is instead rich in texture and flavor. Despite the explosive taste, these rare gems are a smaller breed of mangoes. The skin color hints at the brightness of flavor inside, at full ripeness they are yellow in color with some shades of green.
