The Kent is found in Mexico, Ecuador, and Peru. It is a large, oval-shaped mango, weighing in at 24 - 32 ounces. It is available December through March, and May to August. The skin ripens to a golden yellow with a deep red to crimson blush flecked with yellow dots. A green color can be retained when fully ripe in arid climates. A soft juicy deep orange flesh provides a sweet, rich, and vibrant flavor well suited to dessert.
